BALANCING MACHINE

A balancing machine is a measuring tool used for balancing rotating machine parts, such as, Rotors, fans, Impellers, Crusher rotors, Disc brakes, Propellers and Dewatering pumps, as it dynamic balancing machine plays a very important role in reduction of break-down and individual development as well.

We have three different machines of different capacity to handle various balancing jobs.

Balancing Machine H-40 (Belt Drive)

Description
A Maximum dia of job on bed 1600mm
B Maximum dia of job outside the bed (over hang) 2500mm
C Maximum dia of shaft 240mm
D Maximum length of shaft 5 meters
E Max weight of Job 3000 - 3500 kg
F Vibration reading sensor with display for analyzing maximum and minimum vibration

Balancing Machine H-6 (End Drive)

Description
A Maximum dia of job on bed 2500mm
B Maximum dia of job outside the bed (over hang) 5000mm
C Maximum dia of shaft 260mm
D Maximum length of shaft 3000 - 6000mm long
E Max weight of Job 5000 to 7000 kg
F Vibration reading sensor with display for analyzing maximum and minimum vibration

A Maximum dia of job on bed 1200mm
B Maximum dia of job outside the bed (over hang) 2000mm
C Maximum dia of shaft 200mm
D Maximum length of shaft 3 meters
